Nearly all work is done on the premises. Occassionally some work is brought home to be worked on by Joan but no one else. Quality control is very important and this is just one way to maintain the high standards our customers have come to know and expect from Tailorjoan.

The types of jobs we do at Tailorjoan are listed below but if you don't see what you want done, call and ask, we may be able to help you.

• Waist adjustments, in or out depending on need
• Hips taken in
• Zippers replaced in pants, jackets, uniform shirts
• Zipper slides replaced on the spot when able
• Curtains hemmed
• Suit jackets taken in or sleeves shortened
• T-shirts shortened
• Dress shirts tapered or sleeves shortened
• Collars turned
• Patches sewn on uniforms or scouts vests
• Simple repairs, mending
• We will even sew on buttons when you can't do it yourself!
